Your monitoring services are still active, however we need to setup your account credentials on our new portal. To do this, we'll ask for some information to locate your details in our system, including name, postal code and date of birth. If we have any difficulties identifying your account, you'll be provided with a support number for further assistance.
For security purposes, we now require an email address to be used as your login/username. To set your credentials, please enter your preferred email address and a password that meets our minimum security requirements.

Once your account credentials are set, you’ll be directed to the portal dashboard. From there you can navigate to any pages related to alerts, monitoring service(s), consultation and restoration information.
You can review and update your personal information via the Profile Settings page.
